Ben Norwood has been a performance coach for 7 years. After becoming a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association(NSCA), Ben also pursued a certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine(NASM). Ben started his career working at 24 hour fitness as a Master Trainer. There he worked with youth and professional athletes of all ages in multiple sports to develop speed and acceleration mechanics. During the 2011 NFL lockout Ben was provided an opportunity to work with the Buffalo Bills for their pre season preparation. Bens training philosophy is focused on preparing athletes for their sports with a strong focus on injury prevention. As athletes advance through their sport, the risk for injury increases. By mastering foundational techniques in strength training, speed and acceleration, and multi-planar movement an athlete can significantly decrease their risk for injury and elongate their career. While his clientele ranges from Tennis to Racquetball, Lacrosse, Football, Baseball and Soccer, general population and special needs clients are also welcome. Ben has worked specifically with Multiple Sclerosis and Lupus patients as well as patients with corrective exercise needs.
Moving forward Ben is looking to further his career by pursuing multiple advanced certifications including USA weightlifting, Resistance Training Specialist master level, and an internship with Muscle Activation Techniques.

In 2009 Kevin established the golf performance program after getting certified by the Titleist Performance Institute in California. Kevin quickly established a clientel which included PGA professional players (Bob Estes, Fred Funk, Matt Zions) as well as many of the top junior players in the Denver area (Michael Schoolcraft, Spencer Painton).
